Glimpse of International Horticultural Congress 2006

The 27th International Horticultural Congress (IHC-2006) was held in Seoul, Korea during August 12-19, 2006. These photographs were taken during the opening ceremony of the congress.

Recent findings in our laboratory (Grape in vitro and light quality)

Recently, we have demonstrated that red light is higly useful to improve shoot height of in vitro cultured grape plants. When grape shoots were grown in MS media without supplementing plant growth regulators, plant height was found increased but chlorphyall content was increased under blue light condition.
